Following up from my post yesterday, Sadie the W123 is just a quick brake bleeding away from being ready for purchase. After a small skirmish that lead to the vanquishing of several brave but foolish spiders, I was able to remedy the leaking transmission. The battery needed some charging but she fired up. And holy sheet did she cough out some sooty water and other crud.

But this car always amazes me with how well it runs after not starting/moving for months. I guess someone has expressed interest in buying her with my neighbor. That decision is up to him so if that falls through hopefully I can make her available to anyone interested on here.

Gotcha. I’m about 35-45 minutes from Bedford, PA, which I think is part of central PA. I remembered thinking that you were only a state or two away from me.

I’m just waiting to hear from my neighbor about the other person. I have to look at the paper work and see if he actually needs to be around for the selling procedure. I’m pretty sure that legally the car is completely mine.
